Returns & Exchanges
All items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. We do our very best to describe and photograph each item so that the condition is discernable. It is our goal to present collections that consist of items that will be in “Very Good to Excellent” antique or vintage condition. At times we will also offer items that are primitive or rustic in nature who will present with imperfections that will only add to their charm and uniqueness. This will be noted in the items detailed listing.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
We do our very best to prepare and package your item for shipment, so that it arrives safely. We also insure each package.
However, even with our most diligent efforts things can arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us within (3) days of receipt of your item. We will ask that you provide us with photographic evidence of (1) damaged item (2) condition of the packaging so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. This process can take 30-60 days. After the claim has been successfully resolved, a refund will be submitted to your original method of payment.
